Meet the Counselor

Mrs. Casey Mitchell

My name is Mrs. Mitchell and I am the school counselor.  This is my eleventh year at Bridgeton Elementary.  I was born and raised here in Eastern North Carolina.  I graduated from West Craven High School and attended East Carolina University.  I recieved a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education and a Masters Degree in School Counseling.  I taught kindergarten and first grade for seven years and then became the school counselor here at Bridgeton.  My husband and I have two children.  Colton is in sixth grade and Bentleigh is in third grade.  I love shopping, taking pictures, going to church and spending time with my family and friends.  I also love working with the families and children here at Bridgeton Elementary.
