Assistant Principal

Mrs. Etheredge brings 13 years of educational experience and a passion for supporting students, staff, and families. As a proud product of Craven County Schools, she returned to the district as a middle school band director and most recently completed the North Carolina Principal Fellows Program while serving as an administrative intern at Grover C. Fields Middle School. She earned both her Bachelor of Music Education and Master of School Administration degrees from East Carolina University and is excited to join the BES family as we continue charting a course for success. Mrs. Etheredge looks forward to supporting students, partnering with families, and working alongside staff to ensure every child feels encouraged, supported, and inspired to succeed.

When she's not at school, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Stephen, their two children, Logan and Kylie, and their Goldendoodle, Pebbles.
