Principal

I began my career in education in 2010 as a teacher in Robeson County, North Carolina, where I taught for nine years. In 2019, I joined Craven County Schools, serving two years at H.J. MacDonald Middle School and one year at Havelock High School.

I later transitioned into school leadership, serving as an assistant principal at Grover C. Fields Middle School for three years. Following that role, I moved to Bridgeton Elementary, where I proudly served as Assistant Principal for one year. 

Building relationships with students and families has been a particularly rewarding aspect of my work and remains central to fostering a supportive and engaging school environment.

I am excited to continue building on the strong foundation already in place and to further strengthen a positive, nurturing learning environment where all students feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. I am proud to be part of the Clippership!
